A Customized Plan of Care for Your Child

Every child is unique. That’s why our registered nurses work closely with you, your child’s physicians, and the AccuCare team to customize a plan that meets your child’s daily needs and short and long-term goals.

Prior to starting care, an AccuCare team member will meet with you to perform a complimentary in-home assessment and answer any questions you may have. Our team, which may include nurses and home health aides, will be selected to match your child’s needs. You’ll then receive regular supervisory visits by the registered nurse to maintain quality of care and make any adjustments necessary. We strive to improve our services, and your feedback in the best way to ensure the process is the best it can be.
